This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Going Da Distance (“we,” “our,” “us”) delivers transportation and consulting services to our clients. Our goal is to provide consistent, reliable, and high-quality service while ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from booking to completion.
2. Service Delivery
A. Transportation Services
- Transportation services are provided based on scheduled bookings made through phone, email, or approved platforms.
- Pickup and drop-off times are coordinated in advance to ensure on-time service.
- Clients must provide accurate pickup details, locations, and special instructions (if any).
- We strive to arrive promptly; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
B. Consulting Services
- Consulting appointments are delivered in person, by phone, or via virtual meetings depending on client preference.
- Each consulting session includes agreed-upon topics, assessments, and recommendations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Reports, documents, or follow-up materials will be delivered through email unless otherwise requested.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed through an official communication channel such as email or phone.
- Clients will receive confirmation details including date, time, location, and service type.
- For consulting services, a separate appointment confirmation will be provided with session details.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A. Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full service charge depending on the circumstances.
B. Company-Initiated Cancellations
- If we must cancel or reschedule due to emergencies, safety concerns, or operational issues, we will notify the client promptly and arrange an alternative solution at no additional cost.
5. Payment & Billing
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or electronic payments (where available).
- Invoicing is available for consulting services or recurring transportation arrangements.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
6. Service Completion
A service is considered fulfilled when:
- The transportation trip is completed and the client is safely delivered to the final destination, or
- The consulting session is conducted and any applicable deliverables (reports, notes, documents) have been provided.
7. Refunds & Adjustments
- Refunds may be granted if the service cannot be fulfilled due to errors on our part or unavoidable operational issues.
- Refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds are issued for completed transportation services unless service quality was severely impacted.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information for bookings
- Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Following safety guidelines during transportation
- Respecting company staff and vehicles
- Communicating any changes promptly
9. Safety & Compliance
- Passenger safety is our top priority.
- All drivers, vehicles, and operations comply with state and local transportation regulations.
- We reserve the right to deny service if unsafe conditions or behavior are present.
